We are now strengthening our team with a key player in customer service and operations management, and are therefore looking for you who wants to be part of our exciting journey towards new goals.

Ordning och Reda is a rapidly growing service company with approximately 20 employees today. We have stations in Umeå, Nordmaling, Vännäs, Vindeln, and Bjurholm, where you will become an important part of our logistics.

The role of Operations Manager for Customer Service involves having a knack for structuring tasks, possessing very good computer and administrative skills, and maintaining a high level of service. We would appreciate it if you had experience in similar tasks. Proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written, as well as a valid B-driver's license, are requirements. Your primary responsibility will be customer service and operations management, although other administrative tasks will also be included.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00. You will be stationed at our office in Umeå (Teg).
